Baltimore Collision Center was a really nice surprise--these guys are really helpful and friendly and professional. They understand that customer loyalty goes both ways--they give great service so that you will be loyal to them, but then they also do what they can to be loyal to you. For example, I'm from a state where front license plates are not required, and did not know how/have the tools to install mine. I called them and they let me come right in, did it for me, and didn't even charge me. They just said, "our customers are generally loyal to us, so we don't mind helping them out with little things like this."\r
So, if I ever have a real problem, I know who to call.
