My 12 year old son was very scared to get braces. I had always needed braces too, so to help relieve his anxiety I told him that we would get them together on the same day and we would go to our appointments together. He didn't know that I was scared too! But on our very first appt we were treated so well by Dr Bhagia and his staff. They eased a lot of our fears early on and made us feel like we had been going there forever.
When we went for our appt to have them put on, the staff knew we were still a little nervous but several of them stood by us reassuring all would be ok...and they were right, we got through it just fine! It's only been a few months and it's amazing how quickly we are seeing results.
Space Center Orthodontics has an amazing website with lots of fun things centered around the kids. They are even treating their patients to a fun ice skating party!
I always thought it would be a struggle getting my son to the appts but with the friendly staff and superb bedside manner of Dr Bhagia, (and the free ice cream) I find him reminding me when it's time to go.
