I have to call the cops every weekend because someone is getting beat up (blood everywhere) and the complex does not want to purchase security. A young girl was outside and got stabbed with an ice pick by a bum stealing her purse. Another stabbing during a party (separate incident). 1st thru 2nd Silver is free parking so you can hear all of the drunk people driving off in their cars. We still have 18 yr olds that live here even after the cops had to bust their door down and charge them with felonys for drinking and beating eachother up. This is a smoke free complex but you can smell the weed at night. Not SAFE for CHILDREN. They may have a covered playground but the noise is unbareable and there are always beer bottles in the playground. 2nd-4th levels only have trash recepticals and washing machines so don't live on the 1st floor. The interior is beautiful and I am happy with the layout but this is not a safe place for families and those who do not want to live in the ghetto. There are cameras all around the building (which gives indication to how crazy this place is) and are filming 24/7 but only upon request they may watch the incident. Jennifer has been really nice ( apt manager) and organized. Brandon is the maintainance man and he is here everyday during business hours.\r
