I am exactly 10 days away from my ceremony and still do not have my bridal gown, which was ordered in Febuary!! After doing some research I have found that this is a common practice for this vendor. They are also in the practice of ordering dresses larger than needed to force you to pay for in-house alterations!!\r

Art was extremely friendly until HE could not deliver on what HE promised. Everytime I call now he is abrasive, rude and unprofessional!!! I cannot imagine an operator of such a timesensitive business could be so aloof. And he really doesnt seem to care that his customers are disatisfied!!\r

There are complaints all over the internet about this business!!! Buyer beware!!
