Richard came to provide an estimate for replacing our wood doors with roll-ups. He fully explained the processes and the materials they use and compared the various products we were considering based on my own research. He was very honest with us and provided a lot of information about the types and qualities of the doors available in the marketplace. We continued with our search and evaluation of products but made the decision to go with the Heritage Door Company. It was a wise choice on our part. \r

The installation crew came as scheduled. I expected at least two people but only Alberto was in attendance. I commented to him that I really expected more but he said he would be okay in doing the entire job himself. He commenced to remove the old doors and hardware then went to work prepping the doorways and assembling the panels, rails and openers. He relocated our existing opener (I only had one door with an opener and the other door was a 'manual lift') to the smaller door and corrected all of the things that were incorrect with it. He worked hard all day and by 5 PM, he was done. Fantastic job. I hope that the Management recognizes the skills and talents of this man and take care of him. He is who I would want to hire and keep if this was my business. \r
