I went into this dealership on 5/28/2011 and traded in my 2011 Toyota Camry because I needed a truck. The sales team was very friendly and very quick to answer any questions that I had. As with dealing with any dealership, it wasn't completly painless, however Don Duddridge, the Operations Manager contacted me today, and went out of his way to correct this issue. It wasn't nothing major, however I needed my license plates for my new truck by the end of June. In the end, I will have my plates by Tuesday. Don was VERY helpful, and has taken care of it all. Other then the issue with the license plates, and going round and round on it and not being able to get a answer until Don got involved, everything was perfect. I was also very surprised to get a great trade in on my Camry.\r
