While I was away on business, the wife called them to fix our upstairs AC unit that was still under warranty (Bryant). When I returned home, I was greeted with a bill for over $1300 for a part that was covered under warranty! They charged us over $300 just for shipping alone! It was so absurd I gave serious thought to litigation but I have found that when dealing with companies like Flori Heating & Cooling (and Larry!), its better just to lick your wounds and move on. These are the kind of contractors you worry about. Buyer beware.
