Went in on a Friday morning, 8-9am. Needed oil change/tire rotation, alignment. Called me around 2pm, said oil change/rotation was good, but unable to complete alignment because tie rods are bad. That's fine 130k miles on car no problem. Said they would have it done by Monday, close of business, 530pm. That's fine, made arrangements for weekend, and Monday. Monday rolls around, I finally have to call them at 2pm, because no one has bothered to call me. Guess what!!! It won't be ready. When were they going to pick up the damn phone and tell me my transport to and from work would not be ready, at 530pm. I am sure that the mechanics are perfectly capable, but the customer service is terrible. This place had been recommended to me by a friend, because my regular mechanic doesn't do alignments. They didn't offer me a loaner, they just told me I could bring it back when it was convenient. I especially love it when the two folks who help customers start to blame each other. REAL PROFESSIONAL
