After 5 visits, this office was unable to fit me into a pair of prescription lenses that I could use. I tried them because they were on my insurance plan. My ""after contribution"" costs were over $800 for glasses. The unspoken message I got was ""go away, we can't help you, sorry we don't give refunds."" Really disappointed to spend this much money and have nothing to show for it.
