Thomas at Homepointe Property Management has been excellent to work with. As a tenant, the rental property I live in developed a water leak in the backyard. While it did take a few calls to determine what exactly was wrong (main water line), Thomas has been monitoring the issue very closely for the past 4 days. He's been in constant contact with me inquiring as to whether the water company ever showed to fix the leak. He offered his cell phone and assurance that if the leak got any worse he would be readily available to assist. Thank you, Thomas - - you are an excellent example of true customer service!
