I have used Dial One Johnson Plumbing three times and each time has been marvelous! For example, they had to reschedule an appointment I had with them and they ended up coming on a weekend, but the didn't charge me the weekend rates because they were the ones that rescheduled. They were able to work on the issue quickly and professionally, because it was my outside faucets that had frozen. They worked quietly, and we didn't even know they were there until they were finished. They left the area cleaner than when they started.
It was Michelle's brother who came out and explained what needed to be done so that we were comfortable with everything they were going to do. Our experiences have always been great, I highly recommend them to anybody! Plus, the chocolates are delicious!
