Had used this company for resurfacing a number of years ago. When I used them for service, they charge a fee up front and when I had them come back to follow up for same issue, they wouldn't come unless we paid the fee again. Then when I reported to BBB, they came out and claimed the problem was not what they worked on but something else. I tried to speak with owner, Mr Robertson, he would never get on the phone. I got so upset I had another company come- they fixed the issue right away and it was clear Robertson gave us the run around. I would never use them again nor recommend them. Run- there are too many reputable pool companies around
