An appointment was scheduled for Tuesday 11 am to 1 pm. At 1:05 I called the office to see where the service technician was. I was told that she would have him call me immediately. 1:30 came and no call and no service. I called Ken's for a 2nd time to find out what's going on. I was told this time that the service technician is having a ""family emergency"" and was in the process of calling all his clients for the day. I asked how many clients he has in one day? 8 or 9. \r
Maybe he does have a family emergency, or maybe he's overbooked, or maybe he went fishin'. Anyway, since I stayed home from work to have this service done, I'm calling someone else to service my KitchenAid.
