I love that they do credit and criminal background checks, I know that im not going to be living next to a sex offender, my kids are safe here!! My apartment was spotless when I moved in, and I haven’t had a problem with maintenance; even when I ask small favors, like installing my personal showerhead, or changing a/c filters! \r
No pets is a plus, since both my kids have allergies. I do wish they had a playground, but the pool keeps the kids entertained. \r
I stayed in their suites for 2 nights, and decided I loved the setup enough to move in. I just wish they had longer lease terms… I would sign for 5 years if they let me. \r
