very disappointed i took my shithzu puppy there his is only 8 months to be groomed . he was there from 1o clock till 7 30 pm. thats way to long but thats not the promblem my problem is his eyes were so red when i picked him up . a couples days later i took him to the vet . the vet said the groomers had been rough with my puppy while trimming his facial hairs that they popped his blood vessels in his eyes. my dog has to have drops put in twice a day . i called and informed friendly paws what was going on with my puppy and they said ill call u back . they called back and said they would pay for the drops but they also said my puppy had bitten one of there employees and it took three people to hold him down .why would it take that many peple to hold my little puppy down he is only 11 pounds . im very upset about how my puppy was treated i would not reccommed them to any one
