The owner came and gave me a great quote for work. I was please with steps and brick work completed, but had questions/concerns about concrete work done. When I asked him about it he went off on me! He acted annoyed and like I was trying to scam him. There were deep uneven broom marks in the top of the cement which looked to us like an inexperienced worker did. Also, they placed a tarp over cement to dry, but a board was laid on top, so there is a board mark in our dry cement. The owner was completely unprofessional and started complaining about other unhappy customers, and how some equipment broke down, and how he already spent too much time on our job. NOT MY PROBLEM! He was the one who quoted the work. It's not my fault that he didn't figure it would take as long. We told him what we wanted, and left the workers alone to complete the work! I WOULD NOT recommend them solely based on customer service.
