This review is to the Tip Top Nails on 17th st. I went with my grlfriend cuz we were in the areaa and just randomly came here....the lady took 2 1/2 hrs to do a polish change and then when i asked her to fix my nails cuz some were rght she started getting loud in her language and saying it was already done right...WTF i pay for this and shouldnt be talked to like that! Then when she say i didnt tip her for the excessive wait and rudeness she smudged my toes while putting on the slippers...i later found this out later that day and didnt feel like going back there so i had to get them redone the next day smwhere else. I will never go here again.
