New York is full of surprises and one of the good ones is Chez Le Chef. We passed by and noticed the homey decor and went in for coffee not knowing we're getting so much more. Chef Friedhelm is so accommodating even whipping fresh cream for one apple strudel. It was the best I ever tasted and I will definitely come back and try the brunch. This is one of New York's best places.
