Every attempt at getting me the right vehicle for the right price was made by everyone I had contact with starting from Jason Miller at the internet desk, to the salesman Tom Ciavarri, to the sales manager Ron Fredericks. Jason handled my questions and my emails in a prompt manner without pressure, even went out of his way to answer questions for me beyond his scope. Tom Ciavarri was great to work with. Pleasant and knowledgeable, I could tell he was very interested in getting me the right vehicle to meet my needs and was in my corner in getting me the right price. The back-and-forth was kept to an absolute minimum, I liked that, I dealt almost exclusively with Tom. I had shopped around a couple of other dealers for a similar vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised by the final offer I received from the sales manager Ron Fredericks, I got a truck with more options at a better price than the other guys, I was truly blown away, I could not pass it up, I bought from Cortese.
