So the blower motor on my a/c goes out 4 days ago and I have 3 small children. Waited 2 days for them to show up. Tech discovers problem, blower motor out. Pulls the motor out the following day but does not have a replacement. Great. another day goes by. Shows up on day 4 with wrong motor. I call the office because no one is letting me know the status of my repair and its a 117 today. Office tells me, ""If we can find a replacement in bullhead we'll put it in tomorrow"". Tomorrow?? REALLY? IF??? Really??? Why they couldn't tell me they have found it or ordered it, is beyond me. Needless to say I'm not a happy customer.
