I don't recommend. Our rent increased each year and utility charges ballooned. All as service declined and the place started falling apart.
Maintenance has been issue for long time. Last summer we were wihout air-conditioning for days in July. Again this year we were wihout for month of May.
It's sad to see what was once lovely property get so run down.
