I waited one month for an appointment with Jade based on her high recommendation.Walked in with medium brown hair and asked for honey highlights My hair is thick and curly. She colored my base followed by highlights. After spending over three hours in this salon I walked out with thick orange stripes placed over my head. I left with my hair partially wet and as it dried I was slowly mortified at what I saw after spending roughly $200 I looked like a clown, actually I looked likeTigger. When I returned the next day she was not able to admit that she made a mistake and said she gave me exactly what I wanted. She returned to a medium brown and needless to say I could have gotted the same results with a box of dye from CVS.
