I called M and L back in March to come out and take a look at my AC unit which is less than 2 years old back in March. When the man came out he charged us 120.00 and told us it was a converter and that since we were never told that you has to renew the contract before one year was uip then we did not qualify for free labor but parts only and it would cost arounf 600.00 to fix. We had a second opinion done and the cost to fix it was less than what M and L had quoted and we were told what M and L had said what was wrong with the AC was incorrect. We had to write to Better Business Bureau and it took over a month before we finally got a response. The response was we would be refunded the 120.00 and we were to get a copy of our AC warranty good for 10 years on parts. It is now June and we still do't have the check or our warranty. Don;t waste your time they will give you the run around. I suupose next we'll haver to go to News Channel 7 ON your side to get anywhere.
