I made an appt by the advise of Nik so I would not have to wait the 1.5 hours for an oil change, as that was the wait on Friday. So today, Monday, I make an appt for 10:30.. I left at 12:10 : (...So I guess the idea behind an appt is so you dont have to wait 1.5 hours.. you have to wait longer.. Never will go back there for an oil change!
