I went there and after discussing my vacation plans I was told that I would be receiving an e-mail with the options in about a week. A week passed by and I didn?t hear anything from them so I called the agency and the lady got offended when I said that I am disappointed about the service. Again, I was told that I would get my options in two days. I still haven?t heard from them!!!
