Talked to 3 separate people. Was there all day and told to come back the next day because they were closing and didn't have time to continue. Was there again all day the next day. Settled on a vehicle that had a slight issue. Took it to get it serviced a few days later. They kept the car for 3 days and used a quarter tank of gas and the issue STILL wasn't fixed. I was told it would be another week before I could bring it back to get the issue resolved. In the mean time, whatever they did to to try and solve the issue, they didn't properly put everything back together and tighten it down so I got a flat tire. Called and was told I would get a call back but never did. Ended up talking to a manager who said ""That's not my problem. Thank you."" and hung up the phone. Will NEVER go there again and would NOT recommend to anyone! They say anything to get you to buy a vehicle and it's nothing but LIES! Was also told their ""special"" was $4000 ABOVE trade in value. I Got $3000 total for my trade in. Pretty sure that is not $4000 above trade in value. AND, they refuse to answer any questions until the contract is already drawn up. Everything we asked, even what the exact payment would be, we were told finance would explain anything we needed to know...we get to finance and they're telling us to sign the contract while NOTHING was answered and then they decided to be rude because we had questions that hadn't been answered. Extremely rude people who are very good at lying. Worst car experience ever and now we're stuck with it.
