My daughter was married on June 12, 2010. As of today, June 13, 2011, we still do not have her albums. It took almost 5 months to even get the pictures on a disk. It took another 4 months to get prints. I have called over and over. I have emailed, I never get an answer. It is one excuse after another! We were required to pay everything in advance prior to the wedding but the service has been horrible and the product just okay. NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I would pay more for a more professional company if I had to do it over again. I should have checked the BBB first. This company has an F rating with something like 35 complaints.
