We had hired Rathbun based on reviews in City Search, but it's truly one of the worst management handled companies my family and I had ever had to deal with. I do not want to write a saga of what happend, as I dont want to waste any more time on them. However, IT'S IMPORTANT FOR ME TO MAKE SURE ANYONE WHO ATTEMPTS TO HIRE THIS COMPANY WILL TRULY REGRET IT!! ABSOULUTELY HANDS DOWN, THE WORST FOLLOW UP I HAVE EVER SEEN. NEVER A CALL BACK, NEVER AN EMAIL. I WAS THE ONE HAVING TO CHASE THEM DOWN. NO ONE EVER KNEW WHO WE WERE OR EVEN CARED. THEY ALWAYS PRE-SCREENED CALLS; AND OF COURSE WE ALWAYS GOT THE WHEN SHE IS ON THE PHONE OR OUT OF THE OFFICE.
