2 Rude Customer Service Representatives in 1 phonecall!! 6/26/2011

So...today 6/26/11 I called in for a yellow cab/taxi.The lady that responded answered and she asked me what my destination was. I told her...then i said i was trying to call in a taxi for my mother who had just gotten off of work. And she said they do not do that kind of service. And she clicked on me.She CLICKED ON ME!!!!!!...From what i know a customer service representative should not do that. Any person shouldn't do that. Its too bad i didnt' ask for the name. If i had i would have reported this person. Because that is something that should not be allowed in a job. Then that's not all...i called again. Right away. And asked if that was the same representative i was talking to...and the lady sounded annoyed..and said no. Okey...then i was trying to explain to her what the last representative did..and she said ''well this is not the same representative...so you dont have to worry about it""...okey...what kind of response is that??She was getting loud too. Then i told her she was starting to be rude with me too. And she said loudly ""im not im just letting you know"". Again...this is not the type of customer service customers need to hear. Either some workers need to be supervised...or fired!!This is not right. And im not surprised why there is so many bad reviews for this place. This phonecall i made proved it all. You guys NEED to get better workers. And SUPERVISE the ones you already have. I work as a cashier...and you wont belive how many customers i get that comment on my performance!I feel good about it. And there is some that are rude...but i still manage to keep my BEARING.This is exactly what this place needs. So i might try to apply for this place...I would love to show what i got as a customer service representative!!!! more
