I have nothing good to say about this complex. We lived here for 13 months. The staff is rude and looks at you like you are an inconvenience to them. They up the rent after your lease for some people, but if you are buddy buddy with the leasing office people, they don't. How is this fair? When we moved in they said they had pools, and exercise room, and a sauna....they failed to mention that they hadnt even started building these amenities(except for the pools, those just took forever for them do to maintenance and open them). A little disappointing. We moved into a brand new unit, and when we moved out, it still looked great. They told us not to worry about paint or carpet...that was free of charge to clean and paint after a year of living there. $1200 deposit....and somehow we still owe them they say. Another 60 bucks on top of 1200 dollars. For what??? We can't figure it out...the point is...they lied to us. This isnt the first time I have heard of this place doing this either. Did I mention they have one dumpster in the whole complex? 604 apts, only one dumpster...how inconvenient. If you want attentive staff, for your rent to not be jacked up, to get your deposit back if you have done nothing wrong, take your money somewhere else! This is the worst apt complex/prop mgmt company I have ever encountered! Did I mention that they cost me an apt I was trying to get? They failed to fax back the rental history check, and never did it. Then when I went in to talk to them, they pulled out my folder and it was in there!!!! So unprofessional...so rude, and not worth it at all. We should have looked at the reviews before we rented here....just a horrible horrible place.
