Shortly after arriving at the restaurant we realized that our 3 year old was afraid of the fire portion of the hibachi entertainment. We suggested to the server that we should perhaps move to another part of the restaurant. She assured us that she would notify the chef to tone down the fire. When the chef arrived we reiterated the child's fear. In response, not only did he do the fire, but he made effort to enhance the fire, and aimed all of his antics, including tossing his cooking utensils and food directly at the terrified 3 year old, only, of all the adults at this table. Upon leaving, I complained to Mgt. They did apologize, but after leaving, I felt as though they should have at least offered to comp. the meal.
