Bought 12 helium filled ballons, paid extra to have them treated, so they would last longer. Picked them up 3 hours before party time. 4 ballons popped before party ever started. 2 days later the remaining ballons had popped, on their own. Called and spoke with owner she insinuated that it must have been something that I did despite the fact that I told her I did nothing. There was no drastic temperature change, except for the 15 minute drive to get them from their place to party place.
I have dealt with Capt Party for 3 years never had an issue with their products. However due to their lack striving for customer satisfaction and lack of concern for losing a customer I will not ever shop there again.
