I wish that I could give this alarm company no stars for the way that they treat their customers. David (owner and installer) repeatedly ignore phone calls from me (over the course of a month) to walk me through how to get my alarm to stop beeping. When he finally did contact me, he told me that I was an ""idiot"" for not knowing how to handle my alarm. Not surprisingly, I found that I was not the only customer he had called an ""idiot"". This alarm company was unprofessional and rude. Your best bet would be to never have this man near your alarm!
