I have owned Volvo's for 30+ years and this car purchase has been the most enjoyable time I have spent buying a car. I live in Minnetonka so I wouldn't normally drive to Maplewood but I saw a newspaper ad they had advertised that intrigued me. I have loved all of my Volvos but I never felt completely satisfied with the service department I was using, so I decided it was worth the drive to see if Kline ad was actually legit. Needless to say, I drove home in a brand new Volvo S60 T6 a few hours later! I don't make impulsive decisions, EVER but it was hard not to with the deal the offered me. I have enjoyed my new car since the day I drove off their lot. Even though I live 35+ minutes away, I stop in a catch up with the employees at the store who also know me by first name and greet me as if I'm a family member of theirs. For me, Kline Volvo is similar to the Cheers theme song: ""if you wanna go where everyone knows your name"".
