Happy Tenant ... I moved into a rental property managed by Primary Residential Management 8 months ago. I have had an excellent experience so far. The approval process was simple and straight-forward, property managers were helpful, and the home has had no maintenance problems yet. I am planning on renewing my lease for another year.
