I used this company based on a recommendation from my previous movers. I found them to be very slow in responding to any questions or issues, if they responded at all. I had a small move out of state consisting of mostly personal possessions therefore thought this would be better accomplished by a smaller company--BIG MISTAKE!! They did not bother to come out for an estimate and implied that they would use another estimate i had received from a larger company. However they never gave me a firm price unlike the other company which should have alerted me immediately. In addition to this, during several days before my items were to be delivered suddenly no one could reach the drivers! The dispatcher at the office also mysteriously disappeared for more than 2 days so that i was unable to obtain any information about my delivery time. When i was finally able to reach my salesman Bill O'Neil i still did not get the arrival info instead i got (surprise surprise) the news that my items weighed more than the original estimate had quoted. Unfortunately for me, there was really no way i could verify this without weighing the items myself. The moving crew were polite and efficient but it was obvious that my delivery was not a priority based on the way it was handled. I blame the lack of professionalism on the office staff! Therefore i will most definitely not be using this company again nor will i recommend them to others. Although the additional amount i was charged was minimal compared to the horror stories of most people it still seemed a bit shady. I definitely feel that the lack of accountability on the part of the office personnel is not acceptable. This appears to be another example of the cheery attitude when you are hiring a company versus the don't bother me attitude once you are already in the system and you have no recourse.
