I would definitely NOT recommend this as a nice place to live. The management here treats the homeowners and renters in a very rude and condesending manner. They run the park like a concentration camp, and run the lot and association fees up while restricting us and lying about it. I don't trust them and I feel trapped, as no one is able to sell thier home due to the increases. Again I would strongly NOT recommend moving here.
