I personally love how owners love to blame the management company. I have been on the Board of Directors for our association for years. I have met with many owners regarding issues and they want to bash and blame the management company - and then I explain to them that they don't do anything without board approval. I guess the interent is a good place for owners to hide behind a fake name to say negative things. I also love how owners will complain about alot of things but when comes to voting for board members or being involved in the association and attend meetings nobody shows or wants to do anything.
