WORST OF THE WORST!!!!! Bad place, it was my nieces quinceanera about a week ago.We were there 15 min. till the event WAS to begin. We got there my niece all dressed up the wind was not helping and with 15 other teenagers waiting outside knocking on the windows at the ballroom to let us in! My sister (the quinceaneras mom) was calling to see if they could let us in When we peeked inside the hall it looked as if was not yet finished, being decorated! To top that all off all the guest were already arriving and parking. 10 MIN LATE INTO THE EVENT the doors opened. I had a bad experience with this ballroom, it is beatiful but they can do better! There is other ballrooms in el paso that have better service! So please take your hard-earned money somewhere else! I'll be sure not to have my daughter's 15 there!
