I have been with Verizon Wireless for over 5 years now and I can say that this authorized reseller has the worst business practice I have ever seen. They will rob you clean from your money if you are not careful and do thorough research on the product you are about to purchase. I upgraded my phone there not too long ago and was told that my phone would deliver 6-10 hours of talk time. However after using the phone for only 10 days I realized that the talk time on the phone had an average of only 3 hours of talk time before the battery died. When I tried exchanging it for another phone they claimed that despite the fact that they told me that I would have 6-10 hours of talk time they could not exchange it for another phone without me paying a restocking fee of 70 dollars. WTH!!! It use to be in business that if you purchase a product and that product was not able to deliver what it promised it could you could return it no questions asked. I am upset and I hope this does not happen to anyone else.
