I paid for a storage unit and also a $40 deposit. When I cancelled the unit according to their terms and conditions, I was promised my $40 deposit back. That was March 31,2011. Today, it is June 29, 2011 and I still haven's got the deposit back. I am going to the better business bureau on them. All calls are ""the check in the mail"" "" the lady's on vacaton"", etc...etc....Dont use them unless you want to lose your deposit.
