I was in the market to find an engagement ring for awhile, so I'd seen the good, the bad, and the ugly by the time I stopped in at Wedding Day. Looking back it was a joke... After casually looking for two years I had never had someone explain diamonds to me the way Wedding Day did. With time I also found it's a common theme amongst jewelers to find out how much you want to spend followed by trying to push you above you're prince range. Let's just say Natialie and Erin at Wedding Day not only found the perfect ring but made this on of the best experience of both my fianc?e and I's lives. From my perspective things were perfect. They kept things in the price range I had asked, didn't put me down by pushing more expensive rings/diamonds in my face than what I could afford, and not only found a ""one of a kind"" diamond but had it delivered to the store within an hour so the misses could see it herself. It was truly a great experience to say the least... When it came to the actual purchase they helped me with the loan and also were extremely patient with me while working out a bump in the road on my Credit Card. By the time I left I was 100% happy with my purchase and really understood the value of what I was buying. You can trust the people at Wedding Day and it's comforting to know when I go back great help will be there. Even with all of these great things said the treatment towards my gf at the time was what really made things special. I watched Natalie and Erin patiently work with my fianc?e to find the ""one"" while getting to know her on a personal level. Not only did they find her exactly what she wanted they were so helpful/friendly she honestly calls them her friends. Now that's customer service!!!!!! I've never seen anything like it but I'm 110% sure you won't have a better experience finding/buying your ring than you will at Wedding Day! BEST PLACE TO BUY, NO QUESTION ABOUT IT!
