The cars are the cleanest and the drivers are the most professional that I have ever experienced. I first experienced Metro Cab service when I arrived at the Grand Rapids Airport. I had a nice trip to my downtown hotel for about Thirty dollars and a tip. The driver was knowledgable about the area and explained that they service the entire county. The drivers and the Cars are licensed by the City of Grand Rapids. I understand that their rates are basicly the same as other Grand Rapids' cabs. So use Metro and enjoy the clean cars and drivers.
