I had a really bad experience from the start. The RECEPTIONIST was so RUDE. She was not a good first impression of this Company. When reading through these reviews I can tell that I was not the first that this happened to. The guy that game out was SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I even caughting him spitting on my driveway like 5 times. It was gross. He acted in capable of answering any of my questions but reassured me he had been at this Company for Years and was a Manager. I had gotten 2 other quotes and this company was almost $1000 higher. UGH!! I DO NOT RECOOMEND THIS COMPANY DESPITE SOME OF THE OTHER GREAT REVIEWS. MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE,TECHS, PRICES EVERYTHING. HORRIBLE. I only gave this Company a STAR because I HAD TOO. It did not even deserve it.
