I already have a bad impression before I'm able to walk in the front door. Just tried to make a reservation for 6 and was told they've taken too many - that basically tells me they don't want the business! I asked if we'd be turned away if we just ""walked in"" and was told we'd have a long wait. Again, telling me they don't want the business. So guess what? They won't be getting it! And I'll be making sure that other people know about my experience!
