Wouldn't answer any question over the phone. I asked if he could give me Dell's phone number or tell me how you manually turn the internet on by the front of the PC. He said he would for $20.00 but I'd have to bring it in that it was an easy fix. I said I know it's just a button on the top of the computer you can't just tell me? YES FOR $20! So I called staples and they said it's on the side sometimes. Mine was always on the top. He was right about one thing, EASY FIX FOR FREE! Thank you Staples!
