I enjoyed playing Kilkarney Hills and I do plan on returning. The front nine is a good warm-up for a back nine that will challenge the accuracy of your golf shots. If you are playing the course for the first time, I would advise bringing your GPS unit. I know that the next time I play the course I will make better decisions on my shot selection. The facilities are excellent and if you have an event on your agenda, I would strongly recommend looking into holding your event at Kilkarney.
