From the onset of our project, the sale?s staff, Doug and Larry made my wife and I feel very comfortable with our decision of purchasing NEWPRO windows. From there on, the installation supervisor Tom took over and was very helpful explaining to me the next step(s) when he came and finalized the measurements, Jody in customer service has helped me more than a few times already and for sure the installation crew comprised of Fred, Steve A, Dave and Steve were great and efficient, my wife even mentioned to me that she was amazed that after four people spent a day replacing 18 windows on three floors no less, our house was left very clean.
