We desperately needed new windows. One was cracked. One wouldn't stay open. They were in bad shape. We called Newpro intending to do some comparison shopping. But Brad Thompson's presentation was so convincing, that we decided to go with Newpro on the spot. We haven't regretted that decision for a minute.
We had just had some new windows installed in December 2007. These Newpro windows would simply finish the job. That was my thinking in January 2010. That lasted for about a day. When I looked at the front of our house and compared the Newpro windows with the December 2007 windows, I knew we'd be doing business with Newpro again.
We just wrapped things up with Brad and are now looking forward to having only Newpro windows. They look great. They keep out the noise. They lower heating and air conditioning costs. And the tax rebate is a nice bonus.
