The financial department was really bad-managed. There were too many hidden charges that would not report to your insurance company. So they can make arbitrary charges at arbitrary amount. They also deposited your checks, but did not post them to your account. When requested for a refund, be prepared to wait at least 10 months and make a dozen of calls. The problem is that they make overcharges and wrong charges again and again. If you did not keep a track of your bills, you will never know.
The dentist and hygienist were also changed too frequently and it is hard to keep a continuous record with one doctor.
Will never recommend this place to a friend.
